Flavour Profile: This pineapple flavouring is less sweet than our other Pineapple, more like freshly cut pineapple -straight from the field, without the added sweeteners.
Suggested Range of Use: 2-6%
Considerations: Use sparingly. Has a floral taste at higher concentrations. Taste develops best when allowed to “breathe.”
Suggested Flavour Pairings: Kiwi, Coconut, Creams, Strawberry, Watermelon.
