Dextro Carvone, also known as, D-Carvone, a monoterpene ketone renowned for its application as a flavouring agent, is naturally present in essential oils extracted from caraway seeds and citrus fruits. It offers a taste profile characterised by spiciness, mintiness, and caraway notes, accompanied by an aroma described as mentholated, spearminty, sweet, and spicy.
