Suggested Range of Use: 2-8%
Considerations: This is a very strong flavour. Start with the smallest amount, and add to taste. Also works well used in a small amount as a background layer to add a sour note to other flavours.
Suggested Flavour Pairings: Citrus, Fruits, Pie Crust, Cream.
