Suggested Range of Use: 4-12%
Considerations: Can easily overtake other flavourings. Start with a lower % and add to taste.
Suggested Flavour Pairings: For more of a tart flavour, try adding a little Citrus flavour to your recipe for some extra zing. Plays well with Dark Fruit and creams.
